Each year the Herbert family holds an event to honour the memory of their son, Tate, and raise money for the Ontario Justice Education Network.
In 2013, Tate had just completed his second year in the Law and Society degree program at Wilfrid Laurier University when he was tragically taken by cancer. Supporting OJEN is the family’s way to celebrate Tate’s life and support his vision of a fair and just society.
Always entertaining, Tate’s Tableaux features music, comedy and improv provided by talented friends of the family, including:
Corry Mack: An award-winning comedian and storyteller from Calgary, Cory delivers a unique brand of prairie sass. She’s been a hit as a headliner and MC with audiences across Canada for 30 years.
Cliff Erickson: A versatile musician on his signature 12-string acoustic guitar, Eric captivates his listeners as he takes them along on what has been best described as an “unparalleled musical excursion.”
John Wing: A stand-up comedian, John’s career spans over two decades and includes six Tonight Shows, nine Just For Laughs Comedy festivals, Five Winnipeg Comedy festivals, and over 150 television appearances.
Join the event on Saturday, October 24th, 8:00 p.m.
Tickets are $25 per device.
Please help us make this the most successful Tate’s Tableaux yet and support OJEN’s justice education initiatives for youth!
