OJEN turned 15 this year!
- 15 years of justice education programs province-wide;
- 15 years of free classroom resources for high school teachers;
- 15 years of meaningful volunteer opportunities for legal professionals;
- 15 years of preparing young people to become legally capable Canadian citizens!
Since 2002, our programs and resources have impacted the lives of hundreds of thousands of young people throughout Ontario. Working together with legal professionals, educators, community organizations and funding partners, we’ve been able to achieve more than we ever thought possible.
And we’re just getting started! Looking ahead to 2018 and beyond we’re excited about opportunities to expand our justice education initiatives to new youth audiences. We know that providing young people with legal life skills is one important contributing factor to ensuring greater access to justice. Please help us with a special birthday donation!
Between now and the end of 2017, we’ll be posting 15 of our most significant achievements – reasons we think you’ll want to give us an extra-special year-end present!
