The OBA and OJEN launched this mock trial competition serving the area around London in 2017. The tournament is primarily aimed at schools within London and Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin Counties. Schools located in Perth, Huron, Lambton, Grey and Bruce Counties can also participate until such time as numbers warrant establishing local tournaments in those areas in future years.
About the OOCMT
The OBA/OJEN Competitive Mock Trials (OOCMT) is a partnership between the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) and the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN). Most competitive mock trial tournaments in the province are part of OOCMT, which means they use the official OOCMT case and rules, and their winners may participate in upper-level competitions organized by the OBA and OJEN.
