OJEN INLondon

London Region Committee

OJEN’s London Region Committee is made up of volunteers from both the justice and education sectors. We aim to serve teachers and students in London and Middlesex, Elgin and Oxford Counties.

We organize local programs and activities to connect students and teachers to the legal community and justice education, and are always open to new ideas.

Our co-chairs are Matt Reid, local lawyer and civil practitioner at Cohen Highley LLP, and Jason Hatch, a teacher at the TVDSB. If you are a teacher teaching law, civics, history, family studies, or any subject with a legal component, and you haven’t already connected with the committee, we’d like to know you! Please contact Kristen Demaiter (TVDSB) at k.demaiter@tvdsb.ca or Mary Jane Snoeks (LDCSB) at msnoeks@ldcsb.ca to join our mailing list.

We are also seeking more teachers to join the committee itself, which meets every other month. Please contact Sam Puchala at sam@conronlaw.ca to join.
