Notes:

North East Region has its centre in Sudbury. Regional judicial contacts are Justice Patricia C. Hennessy of the Superior Court of Justice, and Justice Randall Lalande of the Ontario Court of Justice. In 2003, local leaders from the justice and education sectors worked with Laurentian University, initiating a successful Summer Law Institute. Sessions included aboriginal law and a mock bail hearing.

High school mock trial tournaments are organized by the local representatives, and have included the participation of Associate Chief Justice Douglas Cunningham of the Superior Court of Justice. Local representatives also hosted a French mock trial in 2005. The legal community has also donated recent copies of the Criminal Code to representatives of local school boards. In 2006, the local Sudbury committee hosted its first fully bilingual mock trial.
