The first pilot ran this October at Matawa Learning Centre in Thunder Bay.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the&nbsp;<span class=\"m_6392462374019533579gmail-m_7479918214225370874m_-5404102648103239255gmail-il\">project<\/span>&nbsp;the students choose a legal topic and then spend four sessions learning about the topic, writing interview questions and practicing their questions. The final session takes place in a recording studio where they interview a legal expert on the topic. The interview is edited then aired on Wawatay&nbsp;<span class=\"m_6392462374019533579gmail-m_7479918214225370874m_-5404102648103239255gmail-il\">Radio<\/span>.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The students at Matawa chose to talk about Gladue. On November 10, Wawatay aired their interview with Nishnawbe Aski Legal Services&#8217; Gladue Worker, Jennifer McKenzie.
