R<\/strong>\u00e9server la date du jeudi 27 novembre 2025<\/strong> pour la prochaine \u00e9dition de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement Avenir en justice | Justice Futures<\/strong>, qui se tiendra au Palais de justice d\u2019Ottawa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notre conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re sera L\u2019honorable Michelle O\u2019Bonsawin,  de la cour supr\u00eame du Canada et le th\u00e8me cette ann\u00e9e sera : Briser les barri\u00e8res, refa\u00e7onner la justice.<\/strong><\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette journ\u00e9e \u00e9ducative et immersive s\u2019adresse aux jeunes femmes \u00e2g\u00e9es de <\/strong>16 \u00e0 22<\/strong> ans qui s\u2019identifient comme racialis\u00e9es, marginalis\u00e9es et\/ou sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es<\/strong>. Qu\u2019elles soient aux \u00e9tudes secondaires, postsecondaires ou en cheminement professionnel, ces jeunes auront l\u2019occasion unique de d\u00e9couvrir les multiples possibilit\u00e9s de carri\u00e8re dans le secteur de la justice, tout en rencontrant des professionnelles inspirantes qui y \u0153uvrent au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par le biais de conf\u00e9rences, de discussions interactives et de moments d\u2019\u00e9change, les participantes auront l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019interagir avec des juges, avocates, m\u00e9diatrices, commissaires, chercheuses et autres actrices du syst\u00e8me de justice<\/strong>, qui partageront leurs parcours et leur expertise. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement vise \u00e0 inspirer, outiller et encourager<\/strong> les jeunes femmes \u00e0 envisager un avenir dans des domaines o\u00f9 elles sont encore trop peu repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Toutes les activit\u00e9s seront offertes dans un cadre bilingue (fran\u00e7ais et anglais)<\/strong>, respectueux, inclusif et centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9coute et le renforcement du pouvoir d\u2019agir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S<\/strong>ave the date of Thursday, November 27, 2025<\/strong>, for the next edition of Avenir en justice | Justice Futures<\/strong>, which will take place at the Ontario Court of Justice in Ottawa<\/strong>. We are delighted that the Honourable Michelle O\u2019Bonsawin has generously agreed to be our keynote speaker. Our theme this year is: Breaking Barriers, Shaping Justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This full-day educational and immersive event is designed for\u202fyoung women aged 16 to 22 who identify as racialized, marginalized, and\/or underrepresented<\/strong>. Whether they are in high school, postsecondary studies, or on a professional path, these young women will have the unique opportunity to explore a wide range of career possibilities in the justice sector and to meet inspiring professionals who work in it every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through panels, interactive discussions, and informal exchanges, participants will have the chance to engage with judges, lawyers, mediators, commissioners, researchers, and other key actors within the justice system<\/strong> who will share their stories and expertise. The event aims to inspire, equip, and encourage<\/strong> young women to envision a future in fields where they remain significantly underrepresented. All activities will take place in a bilingual (English and French), respectful, inclusive environment that prioritizes listening and strengthening personal agency.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
