Join the Black Legal Action Centre (BLAC), in collaboration with the Ontario Justice Education Network (OJEN), for a three-part virtual learning series designed for new community legal clinic staff and law students.
Funded by the Association of Community Legal Clinics of Ontario (ACLCO), this series builds foundational knowledge and practical skills in Ontario human rights law.

Day 1 – Administrative Law Basics (Tuesday, May 12, 2026)
Understand the legal framework of administrative decision-making, including tribunals, jurisdiction, and oversight.
Day 2 – Human Rights Law & Theory (Wednesday, May 13, 2026)
Explore Ontario and international human rights frameworks, including Indigenous and Francophone rights.
Day 3 – Human Rights Law in Practice (Thursday, May 14, 2026)
Learn how to navigate the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, from applications to hearings, decisions, and enforcement.
