OJEN’s AGM celebrates year’s accomplishments
OJEN’s Board of Directors, staff and special guests met on November 25th for the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The centerpiece of the meeting was a presentation by staff about key programing activities of the year that advanced the goals established in our strategic plan. OJEN’s strategic plan, established in 2022, takes the organization through to our 25th anniversary in 2027. Staff highlighted 14 initiatives from every area of operation and described how each aligned with one or more of the 5 priorities outlined in the strategic plan. Thanks to the efforts of staff, volunteers, funders, partners and friends, this year saw OJEN continue to expand justice education initiatives that are youth-centered, accessible and relevant to a wide range of diverse youth audiences.
