Film Screenings

We work with filmmakers and local theatres to bring your students the opportunity to see new documentaries that take on important legal issues. Often our film screenings are followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker, the subject of the film, or other experts.

Film screenings are a great way to engage your students in discussions about justice and democracy. Many of the films we show tie in well with OJEN resources that you can use with your class. Our event listings contain suggestions for activities to do in class before and after the screening. Often, screening dates will correlate with a relevant celebration (like Law Day).
