As OJEN celebrates the accomplishments of our first 20 years, we are at the same time looking ahead to our future. Board and staff are engaged in a rigorous strategic planning process to determine our goals and priorities leading up to our 25th anniversary in 2027. As part of this exercise, we are looking for input from a wide range of people who are familiar with our work.
