During Access to Justice Week, October 25th to 28th, OJEN and the Public Legal Education Association of Canada (PLEAC) co-hosted a 90 minute webinar entitled Guidelines for better legal workshops: best practices for effective public legal education presentations.
The session was designed for legal professionals interested in offering legal education workshops for the public. The recording is now available on OJEN’s website. This is a great resource to offer new volunteers who wish to deliver legal education programs in your communities. It provides practical advice, teaching strategies, useful resources, and other insights from OJEN’s experienced public legal education professionals. Find the webinar here.
In Ontario, Access to Justice Week is an annual initiative of The Action Group on Access to Justice (TAG) and supported by the Law Society of Ontario and The Law Foundation of Ontario.
