In Brief: Legal Philosophy

OJEN In Brief resources are designed to provide high school students with an introduction to basic legal concepts. Each resource includes a short lesson plan for the teacher; a 1-4 page plain language description of the legal topic; and activities that provide students with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of the topic.

This resource comprises reading and suggested classroom activities to introduce key ideas in legal philosophy. Teachers have the option of extending student learning through the application of these ideas to a famous English maritime trial involving murder and cannibalism at sea.

  1. Oh, if you knew how much I wanted to go to law school, but, alas, I was not accepted. It turns out my SOP was poorly written. If I had known earlier that it decided this way upon admission, I would have used the service, which deals with writing SOP and professional editing support.
