Top Five 2019
Each year at OJEN’s Toronto Summer Law Institute, a leading jurist identifies five cases that are of significance in the educational setting. The 2019 cases were selected and discussed by Mr. Justice Lorne Sossin of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
